  Urban Gym is the best gym to sign up to! The trainers are welcoming and positive; the group sessions are fun, friendly and motivating. I love this place!

  The best boxing fitness gym in the south east! Great instructors and awesome environment to train in. I would recommend anybody of any skill level to try Urban Gym

  Currently doing the 30day challenge at Urban Gym. The gym is a great space and the trainers and fellow members are very kind and helpful. They provide a personal experience in group sessions. The training is hard and kept fun and interesting. Will defiantly be staying on to develope my boxing skills and gain full body fitness. Can't highly recommend coming and checking it out.

  I have been training at Urban Gym for 6 months now. I started with the 30 day trial and continued after having a very positive experience during a particularly emotionally challenging part of my life.

  Love love this place it isn't just a gym it's a awesome community. The Urban crew are the most supportive team I've come across they go above and beyond. Your definitely not a number here and the follow up is five stars too.. I have seen great results and have had all the support I've need to achieve my goals..
