    Absolutely horrendous. Made a booking for a quote, only to be turned away when I got there because they don't deal with my insurance company. Why was I not told this over the phone? Waste of time and would not recommend.

    Not very pleased with the service .Took too long for a quote and asked to leave the vehicle for 5days just to replace the bumper bar !

    Had my one month young brand new car repaired for accident. When I got my car back it was not fixed at some sections of body work. Was very dirty inside as they did not clean their mess. Arrogance in responding, had to take back after racv got involved they agreed to repair their faulty fixes. In and out three times. Not professional
