    Look the service is efficient, but why only one supplier all the way on the other side of town...

    Was incredibly frustrated to find that books could not be bought over the counter. There was absolutely no warning on the website, so we drove all the way into the store only to be told to place an online order which would be delivered to our home in a week's time. Incredibly disappointed.

    I called up after ordering on-line whilst at work, and needing the books urgently, only one wasnt there and is available later on in the week, and within an hr I was able to pickup and pay, all too easy and helped me out alot!
